If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. AnonHealth is not equipped to respond to emergencies.
Scope of virtual care
Virtual visits are appropriate for many, but not all, health concerns. Your provider will refer you to in-person care, urgent care, or emergency services when clinically indicated.
Clinical judgment
Treatment decisions, including prescriptions and referrals, are made by the licensed provider based on their professional judgment. AnonHealth does not practise medicine and does not override or influence clinical decisions.
Provincial licensing
Providers only see patients in the provinces where they are licensed and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
