By creating an account or using AnonHealth you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of consent to healthcare in your province, resident in Canada, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Providers must hold an active licence in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college and complete our credential verification before offering care.
Not for emergencies
AnonHealth is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Scope of service
AnonHealth is a virtual care platform. Treatment decisions are made by your provider based on their professional judgment. AnonHealth does not practise medicine and does not guarantee any particular clinical outcome.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, upload malicious content, impersonate others, attempt to access records that are not yours, or use the platform in violation of any law or professional regulation.
Fees
Some visits are covered by provincial health insurance; others are private-pay or covered by your employer plan. Fees, if any, are disclosed before you confirm a booking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonHealth's aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to AnonHealth in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
