How Care Credits work
Every clinical service has a fixed Care Credit cost. Credits are held when you book, settled when your consultation is completed, and returned when a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy. Credits are used in a fixed order: employer-sponsored first, then membership credits, then credits you purchased.
Pricing depends on the service, not how you meet. Video, phone and messaging consultations cost the same number of Care Credits.
Care Episodes
Keep related consultations, medications, labs, referrals and follow-ups organized around one health concern. If additional clinical care is needed, the applicable service and Care Credit cost are shown before booking.

Clinical services are provided by licensed Canadian clinicians and are available where AnonHealth has launched. Availability, wait times and eligible services vary by province and territory. AnonHealth is not an emergency service.
